Hi everyone! Today I’m going to tell you about my highs and lows of the last two weeks of university life.
Highs
The last two weeks of university life were awesome. Nataly and I presented the Easter Bunny dialogue on Friday and I think we did a good job:) The most important thing was that we really enjoyed the process of preparing for the presentation and presenting the dialogue in class:) Besides, I learned lots of new words from three chapters of “Don’t look behind you”(my favorite ones are “ to be frustrated”, “inevitable”, “to grasp”). Also I learned another Small Talk and it was very interesting for me to try to imitate the actors as closely as I could. Another thing I’d like to tell you about is the fact that I watched a movie “North” without subtitles and I could understand actors’ speech well enough. However, some lines were a bit difficult for me to understand so I watched those scenes two times.
Lows
I found out that my memory isn’t good enough to learn new words in 30 minutes as I did last week because then I forgot some of them in a day so I decided to spend more time on that process. I’m sure it’ll help me a lot!
