Hi, everyone! Today I’d like to write about my discoveries, achievements and plans of this month.
Discoveries
First of all, I’ve watched two movies named “Dead Poets Society” and “The Emperor’s club”. I really liked both of them because they made me think about the meaning of life and relationships with my dearest and nearest. Also, I’ve created my own sound for the first time and I didn’t even know that it was possible but I enjoyed the process of creating it. Another discovery is connected with the words that we’ve recently studied. There were a lot of important ones and it’s really cool because now it’s easier to describe, for instance, people’s appearance.
Achievements
I think one of the main achievements is finishing reading “The Phantom Tollbooth”. To tell the truth, I didn’t expect that I would like it because it seemed to me a bit strange at the beginning but in the end I realized that it was interesting enough. Moreover, I liked it not just because of the plot but because of the useful words and phrases. And one more thing that I’d like to mention is our Accent project. My partner and I have finished it and I can undoubtedly say that working with Vicky was a pleasure:) She is really good at explaining rules! Many things became clearer to me and I’m really happy about it.
Plans
As for my plans, I’m definitely going to take a rest after Midterms and then, of course, I will continue working hard!
